Because air-duct cleaning is a seasonal business, Mile High Ducts regularly offers specials throughout the year. Most of our packages also include bundled savings, making a complete whole-home cleaning more affordable than purchasing each service individually.
How are dryer vent cleanings priced?
One of the first things we need to know is where your dryer vent exits the home. Does it terminate through an exterior wall, on the roof, or in another location?
The termination point matters because it determines how we access and properly clean the vent.
Our base dryer vent cleaning price is $500. Mile High Ducts uses a commercial reciprocating air compressor capable of maintaining up to 175 PSI. Whenever possible, we clean the dryer vent from the exterior termination point back toward the dryer using specialized compressed-air tools.
This allows us to remove lint and debris throughout the vent while minimizing unnecessary mechanical stress on the dryer vent ducting itself.
Roof terminations, difficult access, unusually long vent runs, damaged ductwork, or other access complications may require additional labor and may affect pricing.
